Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Terrace By Ladder Mg'd By Citrine, I found it to be a property that balances charm with a few operational quirks. Located centrally, it offers convenient access to various tourist attractions, which is a major plus for any traveler. The rooms were spacious enough for my family of four, and the air conditioning worked beautifully, providing a much-needed respite from December's sweltering heat. The restaurant deserves mention, too. Breakfast was included, and I appreciated the friendly waitstaff who helped us navigate the menu. Their special preparation of Putu was a highlight, alongside a solid array of Indian and continental breakfast options. While the hotel has its heart in the right place, it could benefit from more structured management. There were occasional hiccups in service that felt a bit haphazard. The atmosphere and comfort level made up for many of these shortcomings. In terms of value, the pricing aligns well with the offerings—especially considering the prime location and quality of the meals. For travelers keen on experiencing local culture while maintaining a bit of luxury, Terrace By Ladder is a prudent choice.
